  1. MINOR SUBDIVISIONS AND LARGE LAND AREA SUBDIVISIONS REPORT UPDATE FROM THE CITY OF LAS CRUCES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT.
  1. CASE # Z13-006 / 3240 Venus, LLC
    • Property Owner/Applicant: 3240 Venus, LLC, Borderland Engineering,            agent
    • Request: A Zone Change on three contiguous lots totaling 2.02-acres. It includes the southern 1.44-acres of a 3.45-acre lot from EC2 (Community Commercial) to EI1 (Light Industrial), and on a 0.3-acre and a 0.28-acre lot, from ER5M (Residential) to EI1. The three lots will then be combined into one lot through the ETZ Subdivision process with the City. This case was recommended for approval by the ETZ Commission at their November 21, 2013 meeting by a vote of 5-0-0.
