7. CASE Z08-008 / SHITAL, LLC: The applicant, Shital, LLC. (Southwest Engineering, Agent), is requesting a zone change on two parcels totaling 36.59 acres from ER2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to ER3 (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) for a proposed 19 lot subdivision at a later date. The 16.09 and 20.5-acre subject parcels are located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Achenbach Canyon Rd. and Chippewa Trail in the Soledad Vista #3 Subdivision within Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 3 East. The properties can be further identified by Map Code # 4-014-136-408-433 and # 4-014-136-488-463. The ETZ Commission, at its regularly scheduled meeting on July 17, 2008, voted 6-1-0 to table the case to this date.

8. CASE SU08-012 / FITZHENRY: The applicant, Kevin Fitzhenry, is requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a 600 sq. ft. accessory living quarters (a guest house). The 0.75-acre subject parcel is zoned ER4M (Residential, ½-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) and is addressed at 7950 North Jornada Road, Lot 2 of the Uranga Estates subdivision. It is located north of the City of Las Cruces, within Section 15, Township 22 South, Range 2 East. The property can be further identified by Map Code # 4-010-129-248-103.

CASE # Z08-010 / LALLOO: The applicant, Kishor Lalloo (Paul Pompeo, agent), is requesting a zone change on a 14.31-acre parcel from ER3M (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) to ER3/4M (Residential, ¾-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) for a proposed 16 lot subdivision at a later date.
