CASE # Z08-006 / PARRA: The applicant, Baldemar Parra, is requesting a Zone Change from ER2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot, single-family site built homes) to EI1 (Light Industrial, 5,000 sq. ft. minimum new lot size, to provide a wide variety of light industrial uses in appropriate locations) to operate an existing roofing business (B&L Roofing). The 2.225-acre parcel is located north of the City of Las Cruces, and addressed at 6455 Grape Vineyard Rd. The subject parcel is described as Lot 5, U.S.R.S Tract 4-6B, Replat 2, within Section 10, Township 22 South, Range1 East, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-004-128-185-470.

CASE #Z08-009 / JOHNSON The applicant, Larry Johnson (Marvin McGee, agent) is requesting a Zone Change on a 16.19-acre parcel from ER3M (Residential, one-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built and mobile homes) to EI2 (General Industrial, 5000 sq. ft. minimum new lot size) for a proposed mini and recreational vehicle storage business as permitted in Section 3.1.N.3.b.1 of the Ordinance. The subject parcel is south of the City of Las Cruces, east of I-10 on the corner of Stern Drive and Harper Road within Section 25, Township 24 South, Range 2 East, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-012-143-333-012.

CASE # Z08-008 / SHITAL LLC The applicant, Shital LLC, is requesting a Zone Change on two parcels totaling 36.59 acres from ER2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to ER3 (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) for a proposed 19 lot subdivision at a later date. The 16.09 and 20.5-acre subject parcels are located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of Achenbach Canyon Rd. and Chippewa Trail in the Soledad Vista # 3 Subdivision within Section 20, Township 22 South, Range 3 East. The subject parcels can be further identified by Map Code # 4-014-136-408-433 and # 4-014-136-488-463.
