1) CASE ETZS-07-035: A request for Preliminary Plat approval for a 54 lot residential subdivision known as Tierra Escondida Subdivision, Phase 3. The subject property is accessed from Tellbrook Road via the Sonoma Ranch Blvd. extension and contains 95.65+ acres. The subject property is situated within the NE ¼ of Section 1, Township 24 South, Range 2 East and is further identified by Map Code No. 4-012-139-317-144. The subject property lies within the approved Sketch Plan for the Tierra Escondida Subdivision and is zoned ER3C. Submitted by Scanlon-White, Inc. for Jake’s Development Corporation.

2) CASE ETZS-06-091: A waiver request(s) from the required ETZ Design Standards for Pajaro Road and Lamar Road. The subject properties are located west of NM State HWY 478 and north of Pajaro Road. The request, if approved, will facilitate the construction of the Rancho Don Rey Subdivision. The Rancho Don Rey Subdivision was granted Final Plat approval on February 01, 2007. Submitted by Denton Ventures, Inc. for Parajo Road, LLC.
