CASE # Z07-005/VILLEGAS(Withdrawn): The applicant, Inez Villegas, is requesting a Zone Change from ER3 (Residential, 1-acre new lot minimum, single-family site-built homes) to ER3/4M (Residential, ¾ -acre new lot minimum, single-family site-built homes and mobile homes) in order to subdivide a 9.44-acre parcel into nine lots. The parcel is located north of Las Cruces just west of El Camino Real, within Section 23, T22S, R1E, is addressed as144 Rosales Farm Rd, and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-005-130-230-370.

CASE #Z07-007/FAIRACRES BAPTIST CHURCH: The applicant, Fairacres Baptist Church, Jerry Donahue, agent, is requesting a Zone Change on 3.64 acres from ER3 (Residential, 1-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to EC3 (Commercial District). The Zone Change will accommodate a proposed ETZ-replat and possible future expansion of the existing Fairacres Baptist Church. The subject parcels are located west of Las Cruces, fronting on West Picacho (US Hwy 70) within Section 16, T23S, R1E, and can be further identified by Map Code Numbers 4-003-135-090-462, and 4-003-135-107-458.

CASE # Z07-009/CHAVEZ: The applicant, Jacob Chavez, is requesting a Zone Change on 19.14 acres from ER2 (Residential, 2-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes) to ER3/4 (Residential .75-acre single-family site-built homes). The Zone Change will accommodate a proposed ETZ 19 lot subdivision. The subject parcel is located northwest of Las Cruces, fronting on Shalem Colony Trail within Section 33, T22S, R1E, and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-003-132-260-430.

CASE # SU07-005/CITY OF LAS CRUCES(Withdrawn): The applicant, The City of Las Cruces, is requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a water well and well house for Phase I of the La Mancha Subdivision. (Pursuant to Article 3, Section 3.1.C.1.d.9; public utility installations, substations, and water wells require a Special Use Permit within the ER3 District.) The 0.147-acre subject parcel, Tract A (per the final plat) of the La Mancha Estates Subdivision, zoned ER3. The subject parcel is located south of Las Cruces on South Fairacres Road at Fortune Lane, just west of Sandy Beach Road, within Section 28, T23S, R1E and can be further identified by Map Code Number 4-003-137-507-291
