6. CASE #SU07-004/HESS: The applicants, Fred and Charlene Hess, are requesting a Special Use Permit to construct a 490 square foot accessory living quarters (a guest house). The 1.455-acre parcel is zoned ER3 (Residential, one-acre minimum new lot size, single-family site-built homes). The subject parcel is addressed at 6480 Vista de Oro, Lot 1 of the Denton-Newby Subdivision within Section 8, T23S, R1E, north of the intersection of Picacho Hills Drive, and can be further identified by Map Code # 4-002-134-435-369.
