The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, August 02, 2007, at 7:00 p.m., in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard Las Cruces New Mexico.

1) CASE ETZS-06-025: A request for preliminary plat approval for Santa Milagro Subdivision. The properties are located south of Peter Hurd and east of Las Alturas Drive. The preliminary plat encompasses 91.816+ acres consisting of 39 residential lots. The properties have various zoning designations EC 1 & EC2 (Neighborhood/ general commercial) adjacent to Las Alturas Drive, ER7 (Residential high density) along the future roadway known as Diego Rivera, ECN1(Conservation) for the area north of Peter Hurd and the remainder of the subdivision zoned ER3 (Single-Family one acre minimum new lot size). Submitted by Lilley Engineering for Eddie Chavez.

2) CASE ETZS-07-038: A request for preliminary plat approval for Cielo Nogal Estates Subdivision. The subject property is located north of Carver Road and south of Calle De Las Margaritas. The preliminary plat encompasses 22.083 acres consisting of 32 residential lots. The property is currently zoned ER4 (Residential, .50 of an acre minimum new lot size, site-built homes only). Submitted by Summit Engineering for Cielo Nogal, LLC.

3) Case ETZS-07-001: A request for Sketch Plan approval for a proposed residential development consisting of 112 residential lots and a public park known as Desert View Estates Subdivision, Phases 1-2. The subject property is 21.96+acres and is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Peachtree Hills Roads and Holman Road. Submitted by Santa Teresa Planning and Infrastructure, LLC.

4) Case ETZS-07-002: A request for Preliminary Plat approval for a proposed residential development consisting of 112 residential lots and a public park known as Desert View Estates Subdivision, Phases 1-2.
