EXTRA-TERRITORIAL ZONING COMMISSION AGENDA

The Las Cruces Extra-Territorial Zoning Commission agenda for a public hearing to be held on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers at 845 N. Motel Boulevard, Las Cruces, New Mexico.

1. Case ETZS-13-008W: A waiver request for a subdivision proposal known as Martinez Farm Acres Replat No. 1. The applicant is requesting a waiver from providing the required road dedication and improvements to Missionary Ridge Road, A Collector roadway as classified by the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), to provide the required access to the subdivision from Clovis Road, the nearest paved roadway. The subject subdivision is located on the northeast corner of Missionary Ridge Road and Zule Place. Submitted by Southwest Engineering Inc. on behalf of Alfonso J. and Zulema Martinez, property owners.
