The Doña Ana County Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the following agenda at their regular meeting on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., in the County Commission Chambers of the Doña Ana County Government Center, 845 N. Motel Blvd., Las Cruces, NM  88007.

                      a.    Review and Discussion on Draft #3 of the Unified Development Code

a. Case# CV15-002: Submitted by Maria Juarez, a request for a Variance to front and rear yard setbacks within the Performance District. The applicant is proposing a 7’ front yard setback and 8’ rear yard setback where a 25’ front yard setback is required in order place a mobile home on the property. The 0.06-acre parcel is located on 208 Bedrock Place, in Rincon, NM, within Township 19 South, Range 2 West, Section 8, recorded on November 10, 2014 under Instrument # 1423166, in the Doña Ana County Clerk’s office. It can be further identified by Parcel ID # 12-00393.

b. Case# CV15-003: Submitted by Gerald Donahue, for Maria Elena Ponce, a request for a Variance to road access standards within the Performance District. The applicant is proposing a 50’ county maintained paved ROW with 27’ of improved roadway where a 60’ ROW and 36’ of improved roadway is required in order to pursue a High Intensity Residential Application to locate 4 mobile homes on the property. The 2.00 acre parcel is located at 715 Montana Vista Ave, in Anthony, NM.  It is within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 23, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk June 21, 2006, under Instrument # 0621431, and can be further identified by Parcel # 17-13487.

c. Case # PDR (H) 15-003:  Submitted by Elena Ponce, a request to allow four (4) mobile homes on a 2.00-acre lot. The subject property is located at 715 Montana Vista Ave, in Anthony, NM.  It is within Township 26S, Range 3E, Section 23, recorded in the Office of the Doña Ana County Clerk June 21, 2006, under Instrument # 0621431, and can be further identified by Parcel # 17-13487.
