Accept New Mexico Department of Transportation Traffic Safety Division Consolidated Sub-Grant Agreement Award for End Driving While Impaired (ENDWI), Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP)/100 Days and Nights of Summer (DNOS), Approve the Associated Budget Revision and Resolution, and Delegate Signature Authority to the County Manager on all Related Documents – Yaksubely Villalobos, Grant Assistant, Sheriff’s Department, will discuss.

23. Scott Krahling, County Clerk, will present to the Commission any claims received by Doña Ana County.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss a limited personnel matter related to the hiring of a permanent County Manager; for deliberations in connection within administrative adjudicatory proceeding (Approval of Winegrower’s Liquor License); and, pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to discuss pending or threatened litigation regarding El Paso Electric matters before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, as authorized by the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978 § 10-15-1(H)(2), (3) and (7) respectively.

THE DOÑA ANA COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
