    a. Resolution 2018-12 – Accept $1200 Donation for Wounded Animals
    b. Resolution 2018-13 – Remove and Auction ASCMV Non-Working Vehicles
    c. Resolution 2018-14 -- Resolution approving a minor amendment to the contract with the Executive Director, Clint Thacker
    d. Resolution 2018-15 – Awarding a Contract for Construction of the ASCMV.
VII. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL SERVICE CENTER OF THE MESILLA VALLEY WILL CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION to discuss, per the current ASCMV by-laws, the mid-year Annual Performance of Clint Thacker, the Executive Director of the Animal Service Center of the Mesilla Valley, (which is closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1-H(2), NMSA 1978).
VIII. The BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANIMAL SERVICE CENTER OF THE MESILLA VALLEY MAY CONVENE IN OPEN SESSION to take action, if any, on the closed session items.
